Shipping, Return & Refund Policy
Shipping. Regal will ship your merchandise by FedEx,
UPS, or the United States Postal Service in a manner that will allow it to be tracked.
All packages shipped by Regal will require an adult’s signature for delivery.
Return Policy.
Within 15 days from the date of shipment of the merchandise, you may exchange
or return any item purchased from Regal for a full refund (not including shipping
costs, sales tax or other taxes for items that are shipped outside the State of
Georgia, USA, and are not paid by Regal, and, for international orders, customs
duties, import VAT, or other taxes charged by the country of delivery that are not
paid by Regal). If a loose diamond purchased from Regal is set by a jeweler other
than Regal, or if a jewelry item has been modified in any way, it is not eligible
to be exchanged or returned. Special orders, which are orders for items that are
created at your request and made to your specifications, cannot be exchanged or
returned. To be eligible to be exchanged or returned, the merchandise
must be new, unused, unworn, and not damaged or altered. Further, the original sales
receipt, appraisal, and accompanying grading certificates must be returned to Regal
along with the merchandise. If you need to exchange or return an item
to Regal, you must call Regal at 404-846-2525 or 888-REGAL90 and request a Return
Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA#”). No exchanges or returns will be accepted
without an RMA#. Once you receive your RMA#, address your package in the following

250 Atlanta, Georgia 30305 You should send your package to Regal by FedEx,
UPS, or the United States Postal Service in a manner that will allow it to be tracked,
and fully insure it against loss or damage while it is in transit to Regal. Regal
is not responsible for any damage to or loss of items you are returning to Regal
while the items are in transit to Regal. To be accepted for exchange
or return, items must be received by Regal no later than 15 days after Regal shipped
the merchandise to you. Thus, if you feel that you may want to return an item to
Regal, you should start the exchange or return process by requesting an RMA# as
soon as possible. Any items received by Regal after the expiration of the 15-day
return period, regardless of whether an RMA# was issued during the 15-day return
period, will not be accepted for exchange or return. Regal will inspect
your merchandise once Regal receives it. If an item returned to Regal for a refund
or an exchange shows signs of wear or has been modified or damaged in any way, Regal
will notify you and you will be responsible retrieving the items or arranging for
them to be returned to you. Regal will notify you once an item has been
accepted for exchange or return. Refunds based on credit card payments will be electronically
refunded back to the credit card used for payment. For customers who paid by wire
transfer, a check will be issued and mailed to you via the United States Postal
Service.
